OMEGA GROUP delivered a defined 640 m² section of the renovation works at the Astor Hotel in Syntagma, completed over a five-month programme with a construction cost of €384,000. The scope covered guest room and public-area interiors, with new marble and porcelain surfaces, bespoke joinery, integrated lighting and upgraded mechanical and electrical services, executed while the surrounding building remained in operation.
