OMEGA GROUP delivered a defined 2,400 m² section of the renovation works at the President Hotel in Athens, completed over a thirteen-month programme with a construction cost of €720,000. The scope covered guest rooms, corridors and public areas, with new stone and porcelain surfaces, bespoke joinery, integrated lighting and upgraded mechanical and electrical services, executed in phases while the hotel remained in operation.
