OMEGA GROUP has delivered more than forty-six complete apartment renovations in the centre of Athens, from compact city flats to full-floor family homes, averaging sixty-five square metres and an investment of €35,000 per apartment. Each apartment is stripped back to its concrete frame and rebuilt around an open living, dining and kitchen space, with new plumbing, electrical and climate installations, thermal and acoustic insulation, aluminium glazing and certified fire and security provisions. The architectural language is consistent across the portfolio: microcement and soft plaster walls, warm oak and laminate flooring, slatted timber and brick-clad feature walls, matt black and white joinery, honed stone worktops and bespoke wardrobes. Lighting is treated as a structural element — recessed linear profiles, cove lighting and black track spots draw the plan and give each apartment depth after dark. Works are executed floor by floor within occupied buildings, on fixed budgets and programmes, and handed over fully finished and ready to live in or lease.
